The meeting featured case studies on issues such as recruitment strategies, additive interventions, and potential biases like discrimination in hiring. Participants collaborated on a mini-project to apply counterfactual methods to a sample dataset, discussing the implications of different modeling choices and sharing insights on policy evaluation.
