14 אנשים הגיעו למפגש הראשון לדבר על יזמות, סביבה ומקומיות. 

בחלק הראשון ערכנו סבב היכרות בו למדנו על חברי הקבוצה דרך היזמות שהם מקדמים ולומדים - היה מרתק לשמוע על היוזמות המגוונות, מניקוי חוף הים, דרך חנות יד שניה ועד יוזמות חדשניות בבתי ספר. 

את החלק השני פתחנו בדיון קצר בשאלה מהי יזמה, ומהן העדשות השונות שדרכן ניתן להתבונן בה. לאחר מכן גיבשנו יחד את תכנית המפגשים לשנה הקרובה. את תכנית המפגשים כמו גם התרשמות כללית מכל המפגש ניתן לראות בג'מבורד הזה.

14 People gathered for our first meeting about local social-ecological initiatives networks.

We started with a round where people introduced themselves by telling the group about an initiative they are interested in, learn, or advance. There was a wide range of different initiatives. 

We opened the second part by asking what an initiative is and what are the different lenses we can use to examine them. We then collaboratively designed the flow of the annual meetings. The work process can be visited in this Jamboard.
